Server Inspection

- Fix Pokemon Attack Pet

- Add Fellow Pets

- Add Black Dresses

- Add new NPC Tab (Valtyr Manager Downhang)

- Add Immortal to NPC Tab (more items will be follow)

- Add Valtyr Mark Drop Uniques & Job Reward

- Job Reward will get with Level 80 Trade Route Jangan-Hotan
